OPERATING RULES OF THE MOTOCROSS RACETRACK

The motocross racetrack is used to organize motocross races, training and other sports and recreational activities.

Visitors to the facility and riders are obliged to read and follow the Operating Rules of the racetrack before entering the facility.

Outside of designated training times and motocross races, entry and entry to the premises is only permitted by personal arrangement with the owners.

Entrance and entry to the racetrack is allowed only in places marked with signs. Visitors and riders must follow the instructions of the organisers.

Repeated breaches of the Operating Regulations may result in the visitor or rider being refused access to the premises or being asked to leave the premises in the event of misbehaviour.

Motorcycles may only be started in the entrance area of the track. The movement of motorcycles and other special vehicles is only possible on the motocross track, provided that traffic safety is strictly observed, with due regard for other visitors. Special care must be taken to minimise noise disturbance.

It is obligatory to be respectful of nature (fauna and flora).

Before entering the track, riders are obliged to check with the person in charge the current variant of the track and to inspect it first with a slow introductory lap.

Motorcycles and other sports specials that meet the relevant technical conditions may use the motocross track. Riders and machines must have the mandatory equipment and gear.

Visitor movement throughout the area and riding of motor vehicles is at their own risk. The operator does not provide medical or technical assistance.

For safety reasons, riders must have their own escort during training who is able to provide first aid or call a doctor if necessary.

It is forbidden to ride in the area without an escort!

Riders train at their own risk!

Animals on the move (e.g. sheep) must be respected throughout the premises.

Riders on motor vehicles must adapt their driving so that they do not endanger other riders or visitors to the premises or damage the property of the operator by their behaviour and decision-making.

The rider/wildlife rider is liable for damage caused to the premises operator and third parties by culpable breach of the obligations laid down in these Operating Regulations and other generally binding legal regulations.

Riding under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is prohibited.

Persons under 18 years of age may use the motocross track only when accompanied by at least one person over 18 years of age.

Persons under 15 years of age are allowed to ride on the track on a motorcycle only under the direct supervision of their parents or their representatives.

In case of necessity, the operator reserves the right to restrict or stop an ongoing race, training camp or practice without compensation.

Repair and maintenance of motorcycles during sporting events is only permitted in a designated area and with the consent of the operator.

Washing and cleaning of motorcycles is only permitted in the designated areas.

In the event of contamination of the ground with fuel or other oil, the person responsible for such contamination shall notify the operator without delay. The same applies in the case of pollution of the access road and other areas of the site. The responsible person of the operator shall make a simple record of the pollution reported and ensure that the consequences are remedied at the expense of the polluter.

The operator is not liable for damage to the property of the riders or for abandoned items.

IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE WHOLE AREA

  • the spilling of liquids, especially oil,
  • the use of the surrounding areas as toilets,
  • entering the surrounding land not connected with the motocross track, littering.

TRAINING

The hours of operation for practice are set at:

TUESDAY: 2 – 8 p.m.

THURSDAY: 14 – 20 hours

SATURDAY: 10am – 8pm

Training at your own risk!

On public and other holidays, personal arrangements can be made. Outside of these times, entry and entry to the premises is prohibited!

When training, riders must:

observe the training schedule, limit noise and dust so as not to disturb the surroundings, take care not to damage the track excessively – by riding on a wet track, etc.

If you are interested in participating in the brigades, you can make an appointment with the track operator.

If the rider does not participate in the brigades, it is possible to train for a fee (by prior arrangement with the racetrack operator at 602 307 390) as follows:

50 – 65 cc – FREE

85 cc – 100,- CZK

125 cc and above – 300,- CZK

Quads – 400,- CZK

 

Test starting outside the area marked for this activity is strictly prohibited. In case of damaging green areas, there is a penalty of up to 10 000,- CZK

In the event of a repetition of this offence, the person concerned may be banned from training in the area.

If the rider behaves dangerously to other participants or spectators, he/she is liable to a fine of up to 10 000,- CZK and expulsion from the premises.

Destruction, looting, vandalism or theft of the premises property is unacceptable and will be fined from 40 000,- CZK upwards.

Training outside of training days without an agreement with the owner is under a fine of 4 000,- CZK in case of repetition of this offence the person will be fined up to 45 000,- CZK.

 

MOTOCROSS RACES

Entrance and entry to the premises on the day of the motocross is from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, or as instructed by the operator.

Riders must comply with the General Sporting Regulations of the Czech Republic and other valid regulations of the Automotoclub of the Czech Republic.

Riders must follow the instructions of the organizers.
